Why we build Skillflow
In many companies, the most important knowledge sits with a few colleagues – and training happens when there is time.
That is why we are building a platform that a manager or HR lead can run on their own – even without a large HR or L&D department – and that employees can use without having to learn a new system first.

A completed course is not the goal in itself. The content must be usable in the task the employee is working on tomorrow.
