Blended learning

Blended learning combines digital learning with instruction, exercises, or conversations, so each part is used for what it does best.

Blended learning means mixed learning. A program can, for example, start with an e-learning course that provides the shared knowledge. Then the participants meet for a workshop where they practice. Finally, the manager follows up with a reflection.

The strength is that the expensive time together is used better. No one has to sit through a walkthrough they could have read. Instead, the time goes to questions, exercises, and experiences.

Plan the sequence. The digital part should be completed before people meet, and it should be clear what to bring.
