Learning platform

A learning platform is a digital place where employees take courses, and where the company builds, assigns, and tracks learning.

A learning platform is the overall system behind digital learning in a company. The word is often used to mean the same as LMS, but it covers more. Some platforms are just a library of ready-made courses; others let you build your own content.

When choosing a learning platform, it is a good idea to look at four things. How easy is it to create a course? Can you assign courses to the right groups? Is it simple for employees to see what the next step is? And can you document who has completed what?

Skillflow is a Danish learning platform for companies. Courses are built from pages in Skill Designer, grouped into programs, and assigned to groups, departments, or individual users.
