AI course for employees and management under the AI Act

Two ready-made courses that cover AI Act Article 4. Employees take AI at work. Management takes The AI Act for management. Every completion provides proof with a date and course version.

What the law says, in short

Since February 2, 2025, companies that use AI must support AI literacy among the employees who work with AI. This is stated in Article 4 of the AI Act, also known as the AI Regulation. Since August 2, 2026, the authorities can carry out supervision.

You do not have to guarantee a specific level. You must be able to show what you have done, for whom, and when. That is exactly what the courses and the platform give you.

The package

What you get

AI at work

Questions and answers

Do all employees need AI training?
The requirement applies to those who use or work with AI for the company. In practice, that is most people in the office. The level must fit the role. That is why there is one course for everyone and one for management.

Is there a deadline?
Article 4 has applied since February 2, 2025. Since August 2, 2026, the authorities can carry out supervision. There is no new deadline to wait for.

Do we have to prove a specific level?
No. After the amendment in July 2026, you must support the development of AI literacy. You do not have to guarantee a level. You must be able to show what you have done, for whom, and when.

How long does it take?
Each course takes about 20 minutes plus a test with 10 questions. It can be taken in chunks between other tasks.

How often do the courses need to be retaken?
AI at work is retaken every two years. The AI Act for management is retaken every year because the rules keep moving. The platform sends the reminders itself.
